Informing Families is looking for a new member to join our team of coordinators!
Provide Informing Families information and Life Course Planning tools to families where they gather both online and in the local community. Coordinate and facilitate supports to families who are accessing DDA and mainstream service systems. Be a representative and communication line for the community you are serving and the DDA service system.
Flexible hours and work plan offered, along with great networking opportunities.
Please note: The Informing Families program currently has a particular interest in providing our resources and tools to underserved and tribal communities across our State.
