Informing Families is excited to announce our new coordinator, April Paccerelli! We are looking forward to community members connecting with April in Ferry, Stevens, Lincoln, and Pend Oreille counties. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to April!
A message from April:
My name is April Paccerelli and I am excited to announce that I have recently accepted the Informing Families Coordinator position for Stevens, Ferry, Pend Oreille, and Lincoln counties. I currently reside on a small hobby farm in Stevens County with my husband, our daughter (the last of 7 children at home), and our pets that are more like children than animals. Spending time with my grandchildren is one of my favorite pastimes. Grandchildren are definitely one of God’s greatest gifts! In my previous role, I worked directly with parents who are raising children with disabilities, providing emotional support, resources, and opportunities to connect with others in the community. As a mother of children with intellectual disabilities, I can relate to feelings of isolation and frustration in navigating systems. My goal is to treat every individual I come into contact with in a respectful, helpful and encouraging way. I look forward to helping empower folks to live their lives to their fullest potential with support and community in the NE corner of our beautiful state!
I am eager to hit the ground running in my new role and welcome the opportunity to work with you! Please feel free to reach out to me at gatheredfamiliesllc@gmail.com or at 509-230-6675.
Here is a poster with some of my professional accomplishments over the past couple of years with P2P for fun!
