A message from the Developmental Disabilities Administration.
DSHS’ Developmental Disabilities Administration has two new resources available to help clients, families, advocates, and others submit a question or complaint.
The first resource is an online form you can access by clicking this link: https://www.dshs.wa.gov/dda/how-file-complaint-dda. Users will automatically link to an online form to submit their question or complaint.
The second resource is the DDA Roadmap to Resolution brochure. The Roadmap to Resolution is a reference and will guide users through the process. It also provides useful contact information for DDA offices and facilities.
DDA will continue to receive questions and complaints by phone, email, online or in person. We will also attempt to resolve your questions and complaints before they are escalated.
