This FREE Youth Transition Summer Workshop is for youth with all disabilities, ages 16-21*, who are planning to go to college, get a job, and live independently in the community in the future. Room and board is provided and transportation will be coordinated.
The individual who is interested in attending must be the one to call and request an application before June 8, 2019. After receipt of their application, they will be contacted for an interview in June.
*Parental permission required for students under age 18.
