Changes to No-Paid Services Caseload

Changes to No-Paid Services Caseload

A message from the Developmental Disabilities Community Services (DDCS)

Developmental Disabilities Community Services DDCS, formally Developmental Disabilities Administration DDA, is currently implementing the changes to the No-Paid Services caseload per Senate Substitute Bill 5394. The bill directs DDCS to discontinue No-Paid Services outreach case management services but to continue to respond to requests for resources and paid services.

To meet this directive, DDCS will no longer assign designated case managers to No-Paid Services individuals. Instead we rely on people to contact us to communicate their need.

How to contact us:

You can visit or call your local office using the office locator: Office Locator | DSHS

You can use our online service request line: Service and Information Request | DSHS

Or you can call the number for your county:

If you are enrolled with DDA, you can contact your case manager to request a service. Not sure who your DDA case manager is? Call or visit your local DDA field office and ask them to look it up for you.
