A new payment system for Individual Providers (IPs) of personal care begins this January, and it comes with several changes for when and how IPs are paid. It’s called Individual Provider One (not to be confused with Provider One for agencies, which was implemented this past January).
In person one-hour training is available statewide, with trainers present to walk you through the new payment system. Click here for Individual Provider One Training Dates and Locations.
You do not need to register for this training. Simply show up at one of the times and locations that works best for you.
This training is not required, but for those who are unsure about the new payment system, which is more involved than the current method of calling in, it’s worth trying to fit into your schedule.
