If you or someone you know has a developmental disability, you may be eligible for a wide variety of home and community based services from the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA).

What to Expect When You Call or Use the Online Request Form
Callers will receive a recorded message that asks for your name, contact information, and the services you are requesting (or would like more information about). The voice mail system is checked daily by DDA staff and forwarded to the appropriate staff persons who will call you back. [Note: Those who fill out the online form will be asked the same information.]
When a staff member contacts you, they will explain services and supports available through DDA, answer any questions that you have, and help you identify the supports that may meet your need.
